A Refresh, a Signature remodel, and a Whole Home sequence give you a sense of scale. The number on your proposal comes after we see the room, the access, and the finishes you actually want.
A single-room update when the bones can stay: paint, hardware, lighting swaps, and one new surface.
A kitchen or bath where layout, tile or cabinets, and a coordinator all belong in the same plan.
Several rooms sequenced so the household can keep living while the work moves.
Access, the state of what we open, the distance a material has to travel, and whether a layout can stay. A paint project in a sound room and a paint project on failing plaster are not the same Refresh. A bath that keeps its footprint and a bath that moves a stack are not the same Signature. We would rather explain that on a visit than hide it inside a teaser price.

No. They are starting points so a household can tell a small refresh from a full room. Your proposal is the quote, and it names inclusions and exclusions.
After you approve a written proposal, and before custom material is ordered or a crew is reserved. The terms explain what happens if you later pause.
Yes. Whole Home is built for that. A Signature kitchen can also be phased if the household needs a working sink on particular days. Say so at the visit.
Allowances cover a stated level. Choosing above them is a change you see before it is ordered. Choosing below them is credited.
