We start by standing in the room with you, not by selling a package. We note what must stay, what you are tired of, and which meals the room has to survive.
From there we draw a simple plan. Upper cabinets, a run of drawers, the landing space beside the sink, and the light on the worktop are decided before anyone orders a door. If a wall needs to move, we say so early. If it does not, we spend the budget on the surfaces you touch every day.
During the build, the old kitchen comes out in a planned window, not in a surprise pile. Protective runners go down before the first cabinet leaves. We keep one temporary way to boil water and rinse a cup when the household needs it. New cabinets are set, counters templated, and the backsplash is finished only after the stone or timber is in place so the lines meet.
The last visit is a slow walk. Doors aligned, drawers soft-close where we promised them, grout cleaned, and the switch for the under-cabinet light labeled. You get a short care note for the finish you chose, whether that is painted timber, oil-rubbed metal, or a stone that prefers a gentle cloth.
