Privacy Policy
Home > Privacy Policy
This policy describes a static website and an email studio. Forms on these pages check what you type in your browser. They do not transmit it. Email you send to us is the record we actually hold.
1. Who this policy is for
This policy explains how Synergy Home Improvement treats information in connection with synergylawmiami.com and with email you choose to send us. It is written for households, not for lawyers. If a sentence is unclear, email info@synergylawmiami.com and ask us to say it more plainly.
We do not publish a street address or a telephone number. The contact path we offer is email. Please use that path for questions about your information as well as questions about a kitchen, a bath, or any other room.
2. What this website actually does
The site is a collection of static pages. It describes our approach to home improvement, shows sample rooms and sample roles, and includes forms so you can practice sending a complete note. There is no account system, no shopping cart, and no dashboard of saved projects.
Because the site is static, reading a page does not create a profile of you on our side. We do not run a customer database from the act of browsing. We do not ask you to create a password.
3. Information you type into forms
Contact, quote, team, chat, subscribe, and unsubscribe forms ask for details such as your name, your email address, a subject, a service type, and a message. Some forms ask you to confirm that the details are correct. Those fields are checked in your own browser. If a field is empty or an email is not shaped like an email, the page asks you to fix it.
When the check passes, the page shows a thank-you sentence and clears the form from view. The words you typed are not uploaded by this website, not emailed by this website, and not stored by this website. They remain on your device only for the moment of that check, and then the form is reset if you choose to write another note. Do not type payment card numbers, government identity numbers, or health information into these forms. There is no reason to, and there is no secure file on our side waiting for them.
If you expected a person to receive the form automatically, use email instead. Write to info@synergylawmiami.com with your name, the room you want to change, and a good way to reply. That message is ordinary email, described in the next section, and it is the path that actually reaches us.
4. Email you send us
When you email info@synergylawmiami.com, or a role address published on a team profile, we receive whatever you put in that message: your address, your words, and any photographs you attach. We use that correspondence to answer you, to decide whether a visit makes sense, to prepare a proposal, and to carry out work you later approve.
Please send only what we need. Photographs of the room are useful. Photographs of identity documents are not, unless we have asked for a specific document. We would rather see the sink and the window than a scan of a private paper.
Role addresses such as a designer’s or a carpenter’s published email are read for project correspondence. They are not personal social accounts. A message about a room may be shared inside the studio with the people who would do the work, and not beyond that without a reason tied to your project.
5. Subscribe and unsubscribe pages
The subscribe page and the unsubscribe page, and the short email field in the footer, check that an address looks valid and then show a confirmation on the screen. They are not connected to a mailing platform. Entering an address there does not add you to a list and does not remove you from a list, because this website does not keep a list.
If we later offer notes by email through a real mailing tool, we will say so on those pages, we will ask again, and we will describe that tool in an updated policy. Until that sentence appears, the only way to receive a reply from us is to email us directly. You may also write “please do not send news” in any email, and we will honor that for the mailbox you wrote from.
We do not buy email lists. We do not treat a sample story on this site as permission to contact the kind of household described in it. Sample stories are illustrations, not a directory.
6. How we use correspondence
Email you send is used to reply, to schedule a visit, to draft a proposal, to order the materials you approved, to coordinate the people working in your home, and to handle a later question about workmanship. We do not use it to build a marketing profile, and we do not sell it.
We may keep your messages so we can remember what was approved: the tile, the date the sink was out, the care note we gave you. That record is for the project, not for advertising. If a message is only a general question and no project follows, we do not need to keep it longer than the correspondence requires.
Photographs you send of your home are used to understand the rooms. With your separate permission we may later ask to photograph finished work for a portfolio. Browsing this website is not that permission. A form confirmation is not that permission.
7. What we do not do with information
We do not sell personal information. We do not trade it. We do not allow an advertising network to follow you around this site, because we do not install advertising trackers. We do not ask for more than a project needs.
We do not claim a telephone number you did not offer, and the forms on this site do not ask for one. If you choose to put a number in the body of an email, we will use it only if you invited a call or a text, and we would still rather reply by email because that is the path this studio publishes.
We do not use your home as a case study with your name attached unless you have agreed. Sample names on the testimonials page are labeled on that page as sample reflections.
8. Cookies and local storage
This static site does not set analytics cookies and does not run a third-party advertising script. Your browser may still store ordinary technical data it uses for any site, such as a font it has cached. The pages do not use that cache to recognize you on a return visit.
The form scripts keep what you type only in the page while you are filling the form. They do not write a long-lived record of your message into the browser. Closing the page ends that moment.
If we add a tool later that does set a cookie, this policy will name it, say why it exists, and say how long it lasts. We would rather keep the site quiet.
9. How long email is kept
Project correspondence is kept for the life of the workmanship promise and for a reasonable period after that, so we can answer a question about what was installed and correct work that is ours. A casual enquiry that never becomes a project is kept only as long as the thread is useful, and then deleted from the mailbox we control.
We do not promise that a backup made by an email provider disappears on the same day we delete a message. Providers keep their own short backup cycles. We choose ordinary, reputable mail hosting and we do not build a second private archive for marketing.
You may ask us to delete a conversation that is not needed to document approved work or to meet a duty we cannot set aside. We will tell you if a specific message has to stay, and why.
10. Who else sees information
Inside the studio, people who are actually involved in your enquiry or your rooms may see the related emails. A painter does not need the correspondence about a deck that is not theirs. We share on that basis.
Suppliers may receive the details required to build or deliver what you approved: a measurement, a finish name, a delivery instruction you gave us. They should not receive unrelated personal stories from your messages. We send the specification, not the whole thread, unless a sentence in the thread is the specification.
We may disclose information if we are legally required to, or if it is necessary to prevent serious harm. We do not volunteer your project notes to curious third parties.
This website itself does not pass form entries to any of those people, for the reason given above: the forms do not transmit. Only email you send, and conversations at a visit, create a record we hold.
11. Security
No method of sending email is perfectly secret. Messages travel through providers. Please do not include secrets that do not belong in a project conversation. We protect the mailboxes we control with sensible access limits, and we do not leave project notes in an unlocked shared document titled with your name.
The website is static files. There is no password database here to breach, because there are no accounts. That is a deliberate choice. It also means the site cannot “securely submit” a form, so we do not pretend that it does.
If we ever believe a mailbox has been accessed without permission, we will tell the people whose correspondence was affected, in plain language, and say what we are doing about it.
12. Your choices
You may ask what email we still hold about you, ask us to correct a detail that is wrong, or ask us to delete what we do not need to keep. Send the request from the address you used before, to info@synergylawmiami.com, so we know the request is yours. If the address is no longer available, tell us enough about the project that we can be sure we are talking to the right household without publishing your story back to a stranger.
You may object to a use that is not required for your project. You may ask for a copy of the proposal and the change notes. Those papers are yours as the record of what was agreed, subject to the note in the terms about drawings we prepared before a design fee was paid.
You may stop a conversation at any time. If work is underway, stopping is also a cancellation under the terms, including responsibility for materials already bought for you. Privacy requests and project contracts are related, and we will not use one to ambush the other.
13. Children
This website is meant for adults who can approve work in a home. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Sample photographs on the site do not show children. If you believe a child has emailed us, write to info@synergylawmiami.com and we will delete that message.
A renovation affects a whole household. We still address correspondence to the adult who is making the decisions.
14. Links to other places
Pages may link to a place where you can share this website, such as a social network’s share screen. If you follow that link, you are on their site and their rules apply. We do not receive a dossier of your social profile because you opened a share window. We also do not control what those services do with the fact that a link was shared.
We do not embed third-party advertising. If a future page links to a supplier’s product sheet so you can see a finish, that sheet is their page, and we will try to make the link obvious.
15. Sample profiles and sample stories
Team portraits illustrate the roles on a project: design, carpentry, coordination, electrical work, styling, flooring, painting, and outdoor building. Testimonials illustrate the experience we aim to deliver. They are not a list of real identified clients and they are not a claim about a specific past job you can audit from the page. Treating them as marketing fiction would be too casual, and treating them as sworn statements would be untrue. They are samples, labeled as samples, of the standard we write toward.
Do not send us sensitive information because a sample story felt familiar. Your project, if we work together, will have its own proposal and its own photographs, kept as described above.
16. Changes to this policy
We will update this page if the site starts to do something new with information, especially if a form ever begins to deliver email or if a newsletter tool is connected. The revision date at the bottom will change. A material change will be described in ordinary sentences at the top of the page, not only in a rewritten clause buried in the middle.
Continuing to browse after an update means you accept the policy for use of the website. It does not change the privacy of a project already underway, except where the update gives you a new choice we will honor.
17. Contact about privacy
Privacy questions go to info@synergylawmiami.com. Put “Privacy” in the subject so we can see the request quickly. We aim to reply within one business day, and to complete a deletion or correction request promptly after we understand what you are asking. If we cannot do what you ask, we will say why in specific words.
We do not ask you to call, and we do not ask you to visit a counter. Email is enough.
