Bathrooms punish weak details. Water finds the gap, steam clouds a mirror that has no fan, and a pretty tile fails if the slope is wrong. We build wet rooms to dry.
We measure the room as it is, including the door swing, the window, and the place you actually stand to brush your teeth. Then we decide what the water should do: a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, or a combined layout that still leaves a dry path to the towel.
Waterproofing is the work you do not see and the work we will not skip. Membranes, slopes toward the drain, and sealed penetrations are photographed before the tile covers them, and those photos stay with your project notes. Niches, benches, and curbs are planned so they do not become little ponds.
Fixtures are chosen for repair as well as look. We prefer valves that can be serviced, fans that actually move air, and lighting that is kind at night. Storage is drawn in — a recessed cabinet, a linen niche, a place for the hamper — so the counter does not become a shelf.
When the tile is done we grout, seal where the material asks for it, and set the glass only after the curb is true. You leave with a simple note: what to use on the glass, how long to run the fan, and which cleaner is too harsh for the stone.

If the home has a second bath, we keep that one fully usable. If it does not, we agree a short window and a temporary wash plan before work starts.
Often, yes. We inspect the pan or tub, the surround, and the valve. If the hidden base is tired, we will say so rather than tile over a future leak.
Smaller floors with a textured surface, larger walls if you want calm lines, and a grout color you are willing to live with. We bring samples into your light, not a showroom spotlight.
A fan sized for the room, ducted properly, on a timer or humidity control when the wiring allows. A beautiful bath that stays foggy is not finished.
