Elena Vasquez
Lead Designer
Elena sits with households before a single sample is ordered. She sketches the path through a kitchen, the place a towel should live, and the color that survives afternoon light. Her drawings are plain on purpose so carpenters, painters, and the people who live in the house are looking at the same idea.

Biography
She came to rooms through furniture and textiles, then learned to love the unglamorous parts: door swings, outlet heights, and the shadow a cabinet throws on a backsplash. On a Synergy project she leads the workshop where selections are narrowed, writes the finish schedule, and stays long enough at the install to catch a color that looked right on a chip and wrong on a wall. She would rather remove a finish than add one.
